About Me
Hi! I’m Elizabeth! What’s your first reaction to physics — fear, uncertainty, or excitement?
Whatever it is, physics doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I’m a former classroom teacher with over 30 years of experience and a subject-matter expert who believes that everyone can learn physics with the right support. My down-to-earth teaching style focuses on breaking complex ideas into simple, clear concepts through relatable analogies, engaging visuals, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
Success in physics isn’t about memorizing formulas — it’s about connecting ideas to the real world you already understand and building confidence one step at a time. Each session focuses on the thinking and reasoning behind physics, not just finding the right answer. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of students to regain confidence and develop a deeper understanding of physics through personalized tutoring tailored to their individual needs.
