Cancellation Policy

The Fizziquarium Buddy Tutoring Policy At The Fizziquarium, we love helping students learn physics together! Buddy Tutoring Sessions allow you to team up with up to three classmates who are taking the same course. You’ll experience the same personalized instruction and interactive approach that The Fizziquarium is known for — plus the added collaboration and support that come from learning together. ⏰Session Start Time Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please plan to log in a few minutes early to ensure you’re ready to begin on time. If you know you’ll be running late, please send a quick text or email. The session will continue for the remaining scheduled time and cannot be extended beyond the original end time. 🕒 Booking and Attendance When you book a Buddy Session, that time is reserved exclusively for your group. Please be sure everyone can attend before booking to make the most of the experience. 🔁 Rescheduling If something comes up, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust. Late cancellations or last-minute changes may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds due to limited availability. 🚫 If Someone Misses the Session If one or more students can’t make it, the session will still go on with those who are present. Because the tutor’s time and preparation are dedicated to your group, there are no refunds or credits for students who miss the session. If no one attends, the session will still count as completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be available. 💬 Communication Helps! We understand that unexpected things can happen! If a participant will be absent or delayed, please send a message as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
