Cancellation Policy

Session Start Time: Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Grace Period: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, the session will continue with the remaining time and cannot be extended. No-Show: If a student does not join within 15 minutes and has not contacted me, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Running Late? Please send a quick message by text or email if you know you’ll be late. Communication helps us make the most of your session. Tutor Delays: If I am ever delayed, you will always receive your full session time or an adjusted session at no extra charge. Cancellation Policy 1. Notice Requirement There will be no charge for cancellations or reschedules up to at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate. 2. No-Show Policy If a student does not attend the session and no notice is given, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 3. Tutor Delays or Emergencies If I need to reschedule due to an emergency, you will be offered a make-up session at no extra cost, or the session can be fully credited to your account. 4. Rescheduling Reschedules requested with 12+ hours’ notice are permitted, subject to availability. Frequent last-minute changes may affect scheduling priority. 5. Consistency Matters Regular attendance is essential for student progress. These policies are designed to encourage consistent learning habits while respecting everyone’s time.
